My Background
I’m an intuitive chef that grew up cooking with my Italian grandmother, Sun. As a child I would help my grandmother cook for family holidays, and my enthusiasm for starting my own personal chef business comes from her. Every dish is founded in farm fresh, local ingredients. Growing up we had the saying at the dinner table:, “It’s from the garden!” I want to continue that ethos in my cooking and bring to your table.
I believe in sourcing ingredients of the highest quality,; from local farms to the sea. When was the last time you had real olive oil?
